    Paul Tedrick is a licensed Realtor with Pemberton Holmes in Duncan B.C. He was born and raised in Ohio, and later graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in photography at Brooke’s Institute in Santa Barbara. After residing in the San Francisco Bay area for 15 years, Paul and his wife Suzanne (raised in Victoria) and their two young boys, pursued Paul’s long-time dream to work as a realtor in British Columbia.  They envisioned living in a smaller town, near ocean beaches, hiking trails, lakes, and wildlife. They wanted to raise the boys near family and friends, and decided to move to Vancouver Island in 2009.  While working as a commercial photographer with clients such as the Empress Hotel and Shawnigan Lake School, Paul enrolled into the Sauder School of Real Estate, at UBC, and subsequently earned his real estate license where he practises real estate trading services, exclusively with Pemberton Holmes.
