Newly subdivided acreage that has been in the same family for over 100 years! 2172 Left Rd consists of a 23.9-acre parcel that features a 2-bedroom home sitting on a private 2.5-acre parcel bordering Kitty Coleman Creek, plus a separate 21.4-acre parcel with its own driveway, 200 AMP service, pastures, and mature forest. This offering provides an opportunity to purchase a substantial acreage that is ready for you to build and develop your dream property, while having an excellent income property that is separate and private. Situated 15 minutes north of city amenities, and a short stroll down to the beach, you will be captivated by the natural beauty, privacy, and serenity this property provides. The RU-8 (not ALR) zoning and property layout allows for a variety of uses, and potential future subdivision was top of mind when creating the lot layout. ABOUT ME:
Carol Riera PREC* - REALTOR®, B.ED., M. of Applied Linguistics
Born and raised in Vancouver, Carol has lived in three provinces, travelled extensively and is fluent in both French and English. Carol worked in Education for more than 20 years, teaching every grade from preschool to the college level. She is known for her involvement in community activities, her attention to detail and her customer service skills.
Always looking for new challenges, Carol embarked on a Master's of Linguistics with the University of Nottingham in 2011. When deciding to return to beautiful, BC, Qualicum Beach was an easy choice for Carol and her husband, Bruno Sterckeman, as it was a return to family and a milder climate. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
Throughout her varied career, Carol has always enjoyed serving others, organizing many cultural and humanitarian trips as a teacher and is now happy to support the Children's Miracle Network as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Her greatest asset is her outgoing and warm personality which helps her develop long-term relationships with others. Carol allows you to have trust and confidence in experienced representation!
