There are only a few little neighborhoods in Youbou that are not on the main road, and these are my favorites for peace and quiet. Furniture included so perfect for a summer retreat. B&Bs are very popular now and this zoning allows that! Arbutus Park is one of the few swimming beaches that provide lifeguards during the summer months. Come swim in the beautiful clear water of Cowichan Lake and enjoy a picnic on the beach. It’s an easy walk to go and cool off and let them worry about a dock. Easy to show upstairs.
