This is a beautiful rancher in Willow Point. Inside you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a den. The den has its own entrance, ideal for a home based business or use as a fourth bedroom! The fantastic primary ensuite has a walk in shower plus an extra large walk in closet. This home has had many updates including a mini split heat pump including newer windows & insulation. Outside you will find a very private deck and fully fenced backyard. This is a great home and location as it is on a quiet side street just a shore stroll to the beach.
