Brenda is passionate about all aspects of the real estate industry. Her real estate background includes being a general contractor for new home construction, and was a Licensed Residential Builder. Her educational background includes a Diploma of Technology in Marketing Management from BCIT and she was also a licensed commercial insurance broker for many years. She thoroughly enjoyed the construction industry working with contractors, figuring out time lines, logistics and budgets. She feels this experience has been a great asset to her career.
