About
Originally licensed in 1985 as a Real Estate Salesman and Sub Mortgage Broker, and Property Manager. Bryan is a third generation Realtor. Behind Father Doug, and Great Grand Father George.
Since then he had undertaken to complete the required training to reach the pinnacle of training available to Real Estate Professionals, a Fellowship in the Real Estate Institute of Canada and with it the professional designation, FRI which was granted late in 1999. As well Bryan had attained the additional professional designation CRES, Certified Real Estate Specialist. and finally in November 2000, Bryan earned the coveted R.I.(B.C.) designation which is only awarded to persons who have accomplished the highest degree of professional training and experience throughout the Province of British Columbia. Both Designations FRI & CRES and REIC membership were surrendered to REIC in 2002 when Bryan opted to discontinue his membership and involvement in that organization

CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST - (CRES)
The CRES member is an individual who has balanced knowledge in all areas of real estate. It is earned by only the top performers, who have demonstrated exceptional skills, training, experience and commitment that have gone above and beyond any provincial licensing requirements. In an industry with over 65,000 practitioners and a high turnover rate, a CRES member is a proven specialist with a passion for the industry and a desire to obtain the very best deal for each and every one of their clients.
