Waterfront living on a beer budget!! This amazing waterfront park has some of the nicest beach, swimming, kayaking, sunrise & sunsets the lake offers. In the summer, meander down a beautiful tree-lined path to a little used beach, comparable to the best in the world. When the rains come in the fall, you can watch the fish swim up Meades Creek and, if you are inclined, help them on their journey to their spawning grounds. This three-bed trailer in a park that welcomes pets and kids is right beside what many call Cowichan’s own 'Cathedral Grove'. 7 min to town and 25 min to most big box stores. The seller has methodically updated, and all the systems are in good shape. The heat pump takes care of your cooling and heating needs and the on-demand hot water system is both convenient and economical. She has made great progress establishing gardens on the side yards and the spacious private fenced back yard is waiting to fulfill your personal needs. Easy to show.

Carol Riera PREC* - REALTOR®, B.ED., M. of Applied Linguistics
Born and raised in Vancouver, Carol has lived in three provinces, travelled extensively and is fluent in both French and English. Carol worked in Education for more than 20 years, teaching every grade from preschool to the college level. She is known for her involvement in community activities, her attention to detail and her customer service skills.
Always looking for new challenges, Carol embarked on a Master's of Linguistics with the University of Nottingham in 2011. When deciding to return to beautiful, BC, Qualicum Beach was an easy choice for Carol and her husband, Bruno Sterckeman, as it was a return to family and a milder climate. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
Throughout her varied career, Carol has always enjoyed serving others, organizing many cultural and humanitarian trips as a teacher and is now happy to support the Children's Miracle Network as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Her greatest asset is her outgoing and warm personality which helps her develop long-term relationships with others. Carol allows you to have trust and confidence in experienced representation!
