A couple of features that are rare to "The Properties" subdivision are great privacy & much larger lot sizes—this 3276-sqft, four-bedroom, four-bathroom custom-built home offers that & much more. The exceptional, well-thought-out floor plan provides separation & comfort for the whole family, including the extended family, with the use of the one—or potential two-bedroom suite. Most of the 1785 sqft main floor is covered with gorgeous hardwoods flowing through the open-plan. The kitchen has the "Wow!" Factor & is screaming for the chef to throw a party. The renovated plan added the vaulted dining area & custom built-ins in the living room, both accessing the fantastic partially covered custom front sundeck. The family room has double doors to the back deck with pathways to paver patios to enjoy the private .37 of an acre. There are ample parking & turn-around areas at the upper & lower levels, plus the 10' door opens to the over-height dual garage. Excellent home, offering great value!

About
My family immigrated to Lantzville in the 1880s and I was born in the Old Hospital on Machleary Street in Nanaimo in the 1960s. I grew up in Nanaimo on Departure Bay Road–right across from Rock City School. My father worked at the Biological Station and every landmark brings back memories of a lifetime lived in the same area.
Licensed as a Realtor in 1993, I have been fortunate to be selling real estate and homes in and around the central island area for more than 20 years. Google Earth is amazing, and you feel like you can know a place pretty quickly, but nothing beats having footprints in all the corners. I’ve hiked the local mountains, swam in all the lakes and driven every road. I went to school here, had my first job here, and my dad taught me to drive here. I even remember going through the old A&W (now a Speedy Muffler).
I embrace integrity as the guiding principal to every decision I make. Quite possibly the most important aspect of my relationship with you is our communication. Clear, honest, timely, and accurate communication. As we work together, our relationship will evolve and change, but it’s important that the core value of mutual respect and appreciation for each other’s point of view will always remain.
My mission is simple: to promise a lot and deliver more. How do I do that? By communicating clearly, listening to my clients’ needs, providing remarkable service to clients while keeping in mind my guiding principles, and fairly representing my clients in the attainment of their real estate goals.
To put it simply, I never forget that I am working for you. I hold integrity, strength, honour, family, perseverance, patience, knowledge and balance as key aspects of my life, and apply those values to every part of my work as a real estate agent.
