Your peaceful, wheel chair accessible oasis awaits! Tucked away behind mature hedges, this home feel private even though it is just steps from the down town core. Enjoy the protected river view from the 'garden room' or the partially covered back deck. The home has been lovingly cared for over the years so you can move right in, or bring your ideas and make it your own. There is plenty of storage space in the unfinished basement with 8' ceilings and a crawl space with almost 6' ceilings! There's also a small storage shed and a potters shed. Zoned R-4 means there is plenty of opportunities for future development.
