This is a beautiful rancher in Willow Point. Inside you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a den. The den has its own entrance, ideal for a home based business or use as a fourth bedroom! The fantastic primary ensuite has a walk in shower plus an extra large walk in closet. This home has had many updates including a mini split heat pump including newer windows & insulation. Outside you will find a very private deck and fully fenced backyard. This is a great home and location as it is on a quiet side street just a short stroll to the beach.

About

Darren grew up in the Cowichan Valley and literally knows the Valley like the back of his hand. His local knowledge will impress you. Having moved away from the Valley for University, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, he then pursued different occupations and has worked as a tree-planter, crew boss, provincial heli-attack fire fighter and ski patroller. Darren now truly understands what a special place the Cowichan Valley is. He is extremely proud to show off this area and is excited to see his children growing up here.
