Nestled in the highly sought-after Saratoga Beach, a short distance to sandy beaches, a marina, and a golf course. This immaculate, custom-built one-owner home is a rare find! Located only 20 min from either Campbell River or Courtenay, this private and secluded south-facing property is in a park-like setting, seeing nature at its best! It is meticulous, with overall maintenance such as a new septic field and exterior paint. This kind of "pride of ownership" provides peace of mind. Vaulted ceilings upon entry and throughout the living and dining areas allow for the spacious flow of this home. The large custom kitchen has an eight-foot island with stainless steel appliances and abundant natural light. The primary bedroom and ensuite with a soaker tub are retreats in themselves. There is much to enjoy with custom cedar gates, a large deck, an upstairs balcony, a fire pit, and boat/RV parking! You will love the peaceful lifestyle living here can bring!

ABOUT ME:
Carol Riera PREC* - REALTOR®, B.ED., M. of Applied Linguistics
Born and raised in Vancouver, Carol has lived in three provinces, travelled extensively and is fluent in both French and English. Carol worked in Education for more than 20 years, teaching every grade from preschool to the college level. She is known for her involvement in community activities, her attention to detail and her customer service skills.
Always looking for new challenges, Carol embarked on a Master's of Linguistics with the University of Nottingham in 2011. When deciding to return to beautiful, BC, Qualicum Beach was an easy choice for Carol and her husband, Bruno Sterckeman, as it was a return to family and a milder climate. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
Throughout her varied career, Carol has always enjoyed serving others, organizing many cultural and humanitarian trips as a teacher and is now happy to support the Children's Miracle Network as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Her greatest asset is her outgoing and warm personality which helps her develop long-term relationships with others. Carol allows you to have trust and confidence in experienced representation!
