A tranquil masterpiece, inspired by nature. Stunning 5-year-old custom hybrid timber frame home nestled on 5.29 acres with breathtaking ocean, forest & mountain views. The harmonious blend of rustic charm & industrial elegance it is the perfect fusion of nature & craftsmanship. About

                                             A little about me

I first set foot on Vancouver Island back in October of 1989, we came to get married and then spend another 10 days here exploring as a honeymoon, we never left... as mentioned that was back in 1989.

With over 30 years experience as a professional sales consultant, I take enormous pride in helping my clients get the best value for their dollar and as such, many past clients are now close friends.

I have taken everything I have learned as a sales consultant and use those lessons daily in my career as a REALTORĀ®.

My tagline reads  "Demand Better...there is no one who will work harder for you." more then just a tagline,  it is also my personal guarantee.

Raising both of my sons alone (I have lots of respect for single parents)  I am very proud of the young men they have become and as such am able to fulfill my passion for adventure travel. With over 15,000 km logged in Mexico, a few brief trips to south East Asia,  The Philippine Islands (I will return), and of course the USA, my trusty backpack and I have our sights firmly set on Peru, The Amazon and Galapagos Islands.

Other hobbies include Martial Arts (3rd Kyu Shotokan) Camping, Fishing, Quadding and Cooking.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to call me anytime.

Best regards,

Colin Caryk
