An abundance of space and light, from the southern exposure, is enjoyed from this 1682 sq ft 2 bedroom, 3 bath end unit in Park Lane Place. Outdoor living is enjoyed equally from either the large upstairs deck or the private patio which is ideal for placement of the BBQ. The main floor comprises formal living and dining areas, a cozy family room off the kitchen which provides access to the private south facing yard. Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms are generously proportioned (one has a vaulted ceiling) with each having their own walk in closet. The Laundry is strategically placed adjacent to the bedrooms between the two other bathrooms. There is a surprising amount of storage in this home including a 9'x6' room upstairs for those treasures we can't part with. Park Lane Place is a gated and quiet complex, close to most amenities yet it feels tucked away and private. 55yrs+ age restriction and a pet is welcome no taller than 15 inches at the shoulder and weighs no more than 10 lbs fully grown.

About
My family immigrated to Lantzville in the 1880s and I was born in the Old Hospital on Machleary Street in Nanaimo in the 1960s. I grew up in Nanaimo on Departure Bay Road–right across from Rock City School. My father worked at the Biological Station and every landmark brings back memories of a lifetime lived in the same area.
Licensed as a Realtor in 1993, I have been fortunate to be selling real estate and homes in and around the central island area for more than 20 years. Google Earth is amazing, and you feel like you can know a place pretty quickly, but nothing beats having footprints in all the corners. I’ve hiked the local mountains, swam in all the lakes and driven every road. I went to school here, had my first job here, and my dad taught me to drive here. I even remember going through the old A&W (now a Speedy Muffler).
I embrace integrity as the guiding principal to every decision I make. Quite possibly the most important aspect of my relationship with you is our communication. Clear, honest, timely, and accurate communication. As we work together, our relationship will evolve and change, but it’s important that the core value of mutual respect and appreciation for each other’s point of view will always remain.
My mission is simple: to promise a lot and deliver more. How do I do that? By communicating clearly, listening to my clients’ needs, providing remarkable service to clients while keeping in mind my guiding principles, and fairly representing my clients in the attainment of their real estate goals.
To put it simply, I never forget that I am working for you. I hold integrity, strength, honour, family, perseverance, patience, knowledge and balance as key aspects of my life, and apply those values to every part of my work as a real estate agent.
