Fabulous location with 120 feet of walk-on waterfront & endless wildlife to enjoy!! Share your vista with seals, sea lions, eagles & occasionally orcas & dolphins! This 4 bed & 3 Bath older A-Frame home on .68 A, is perched on a low bank with stunning views of Tree (Sandy) Island, Denman & the mainland mountains. Also includes a family room, workshop, huge carport with great storage beside & above & an attached potting shed. Cute gazebo & plenty of flat usable area for beachfront activities. The house, while being maintained, does require a few upgrades so bring along your design ideas & make it your own. Go for a swim or launch your paddle board or kayak right from your own yard while taking in the sights that Baynes Sound has to offer. CR-1 zoning allows for a secondary residence. A simple drive-by will not do this home justice as it is tucked into the trees & is unassuming from the road side. Fortis Gas is currently on the street installing a gas line, so hook-up imminent.

About
Darren grew up in the Cowichan Valley and literally knows the Valley like the back of his hand. His local knowledge will impress you. Having moved away from the Valley for University, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, he then pursued different occupations and has worked as a tree-planter, crew boss, provincial heli-attack fire fighter and ski patroller. Darren now truly understands what a special place the Cowichan Valley is. He is extremely proud to show off this area and is excited to see his children growing up here.
