Maya Angelou once wrote: "The ache for home lives in all of us, the safe place where we can go as we are and not be questioned." Welcome to such a home. It's from where you venture and to where you happily return. In Chemainus: kayak at Kinsmen Beach; enjoy summer music at Waterwheel Park; take in a play at the Chemainus Theatre; join a Bridge Club; walk the trails nearby or take up golf. Even your fenced in (dog friendly) back yard can be inspirational. In your home, convert the spacious loft into a new studio to create and perform your own art and/or music. The kitchen offers you the freedom to design some culinary delights. In the Livingroom, entertain guests or just have family nights in. Later, sleep in each of your own bedrooms… it’s okay for the dog to sleep at your feet. The HVAC system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Take a virtual tour now... then book a showing today with an agent to see if your own potential could flourish here.

About
Darren grew up in the Cowichan Valley and literally knows the Valley like the back of his hand. His local knowledge will impress you. Having moved away from the Valley for University, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, he then pursued different occupations and has worked as a tree-planter, crew boss, provincial heli-attack fire fighter and ski patroller. Darren now truly understands what a special place the Cowichan Valley is. He is extremely proud to show off this area and is excited to see his children growing up here.
