Mid Century Modern home with a suite in desirable Brechin Hill. Solid bones and a classic look together with a great price make this the buy of the neighbourhood. The main floor has beautiful wood floors, an abundance of windows, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an airy 3-season sunroom. There is also a kitchen, laundry room, dining room and a large living room – complete with fireplace, on this level. Downstairs is a 3 bedroom in-law suite that has been rented to a quiet retired couple for 5+ years and they want to stay ($1600/m). A connecting door could easily turn this back into a single family home. The carport is over height and would easily fit your RV and a couple vehicles. The back yard is fenced on three sides, includes a garden shed and there are several fruit trees. Lots of opportunity with this home. All measurements are approximate

About
Darren grew up in the Cowichan Valley and literally knows the Valley like the back of his hand. His local knowledge will impress you. Having moved away from the Valley for University, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, he then pursued different occupations and has worked as a tree-planter, crew boss, provincial heli-attack fire fighter and ski patroller. Darren now truly understands what a special place the Cowichan Valley is. He is extremely proud to show off this area and is excited to see his children growing up here.
