This is a great updated home that is located in the best part of the park, being at the far end close to the ocean, and is on a no through road so more private than elsewhere in the park. Plus, it also has a peek a boo ocean view from the large rear deck and direct access to Arbutus Rd, which the seller uses for some additional parking. Freshly painted inside and out the home also has new skirting, new gutters, new porch stairs and the roof was resealed in 2021. The kitchen has been updated, there are new toilets and the tub has been resprayed plus new flooring in the unit. There is a good sized entrance/cloak room, 3 bedrooms, 1 ½ bathrooms, plus a large 16’ x 7’ family room that could be utilised as a craft, hobby room or used as another bedroom. Outside, in addition to the large rear deck, there are multiple raised beds, a storage shed and small lean-to plastic greenhouse so ideal for those with green fingers who want to carry on growing their own fruit and veg. This is a 55+ park and small pet allowed with park approval, no rentals. Quick possession possible. Measurements are approximate and should be verified if deemed important.

About
My family immigrated to Lantzville in the 1880s and I was born in the Old Hospital on Machleary Street in Nanaimo in the 1960s. I grew up in Nanaimo on Departure Bay Road–right across from Rock City School. My father worked at the Biological Station and every landmark brings back memories of a lifetime lived in the same area.
Licensed as a Realtor in 1993, I have been fortunate to be selling real estate and homes in and around the central island area for more than 20 years. Google Earth is amazing, and you feel like you can know a place pretty quickly, but nothing beats having footprints in all the corners. I’ve hiked the local mountains, swam in all the lakes and driven every road. I went to school here, had my first job here, and my dad taught me to drive here. I even remember going through the old A&W (now a Speedy Muffler).
I embrace integrity as the guiding principal to every decision I make. Quite possibly the most important aspect of my relationship with you is our communication. Clear, honest, timely, and accurate communication. As we work together, our relationship will evolve and change, but it’s important that the core value of mutual respect and appreciation for each other’s point of view will always remain.
My mission is simple: to promise a lot and deliver more. How do I do that? By communicating clearly, listening to my clients’ needs, providing remarkable service to clients while keeping in mind my guiding principles, and fairly representing my clients in the attainment of their real estate goals.
To put it simply, I never forget that I am working for you. I hold integrity, strength, honour, family, perseverance, patience, knowledge and balance as key aspects of my life, and apply those values to every part of my work as a real estate agent.
