As well Bryan had attained the additional professional designation CRES, Certified Real Estate Specialist. and finally in November 2000, Bryan earned the coveted R.I.(B.C.) designation which is only awarded to persons who have accomplished the highest degree of professional training and experience throughout the Province of British Columbia. Both Designations FRI & CRES and REIC membership were surrendered to REIC in 2002 when Bryan opted to discontinue his membership and involvement in that organization
