Enjoy incredible views of the Coastal Mountains, Salish Sea and historic Shack Island from almost every room. This sprawling 3497 square foot, level entry with walk out basement home has been updated in a West Coast Modern style. The upstairs consists of the primary bedroom and space to entertain, while the downstairs has 3 bedrooms, a spacious family room and a 1 bedroom in-law suite, ideal for an Airbnb (verify with City). The home is adjacent to the Charlaine boat ramp and has walk-on beach access with a plenty of outdoor entertainment space, fire pit and a hobby shed to store water sports equipment. Don't miss out on this generational type property that doesn't come on the market often. All measurements are approximate, please verify if important. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
Throughout her varied career, Carol has always enjoyed serving others, organizing many cultural and humanitarian trips as a teacher and is now happy to support the Children's Miracle Network as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Her greatest asset is her outgoing and warm personality which helps her develop long-term relationships with others. Carol allows you to have trust and confidence in experienced representation!
