Welcome to this exceptional three-bedroom, end-unit townhome in a premier Quamichan Lake development. Westlake is minutes from Duncan off a Lakes End no-thru road next to the Park. It is the perfect area for casual strolls, taking in the abundant wildlife, or easy access to launch your kayak or canoe. Enter the gated courtyard & open the front door; you'll immediately be impressed with the oak hardwoods & crown mouldings. The primary bedroom with a comforting ensuite is on your left. Continue down the entry, & it all opens to beautiful views from the living & dining areas, which flank the double-sided gas fireplace. The very functional layout provides a great working kitchen & eating area. Up will continue to impress with the multi-functional design. Both bedrooms offer the option of being your primary bedroom; choose a room with a fantastic view or keep it your family room. Minimal owner turnover is a testament to satisfied living; these units are rare to the market for a good reason.

About
My family immigrated to Lantzville in the 1880s and I was born in the Old Hospital on Machleary Street in Nanaimo in the 1960s. I grew up in Nanaimo on Departure Bay Road–right across from Rock City School. My father worked at the Biological Station and every landmark brings back memories of a lifetime lived in the same area.
Licensed as a Realtor in 1993, I have been fortunate to be selling real estate and homes in and around the central island area for more than 20 years. Google Earth is amazing, and you feel like you can know a place pretty quickly, but nothing beats having footprints in all the corners. I’ve hiked the local mountains, swam in all the lakes and driven every road. I went to school here, had my first job here, and my dad taught me to drive here. I even remember going through the old A&W (now a Speedy Muffler).
I embrace integrity as the guiding principal to every decision I make. Quite possibly the most important aspect of my relationship with you is our communication. Clear, honest, timely, and accurate communication. As we work together, our relationship will evolve and change, but it’s important that the core value of mutual respect and appreciation for each other’s point of view will always remain.
My mission is simple: to promise a lot and deliver more. How do I do that? By communicating clearly, listening to my clients’ needs, providing remarkable service to clients while keeping in mind my guiding principles, and fairly representing my clients in the attainment of their real estate goals.
To put it simply, I never forget that I am working for you. I hold integrity, strength, honour, family, perseverance, patience, knowledge and balance as key aspects of my life, and apply those values to every part of my work as a real estate agent.
