Born and raised in Vancouver, Carol has lived in three provinces, travelled extensively and is fluent in both French and English. Carol worked in Education for more than 20 years, teaching every grade from preschool to the college level. When deciding to return to beautiful, BC, Qualicum Beach was an easy choice for Carol and her husband, Bruno Sterckeman, as it was a return to family and a milder climate. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
