FULLY AVAILABLE! Enjoy oceanfront community living! Eagles Cove sits on Discovery Passage on the east coast of Vancouver Island, overlooking the north end of Quadra Island. Strata Lot 8 is inland, on the northern edge of the Eagles Cove development and backs onto Crown land, offering good privacy and views over the forest and out to Discovery Passage. This is a residential-quality build, with just some finishing details to be added to the home to make the space your own. The home offers laminate flooring throughout and attractive wood trim, with open-concept living space on the main floor with a central wood stove. From the great room a sliding door leads to the ocean view deck. One bedroom and a three piece bathroom are also on this floor. Upstairs is a loft master bedroom, second bedroom and a four piece bathroom, plus access to the deck over the entry porch. The walk-out basement is partially finished and offers storage and workshop space. The property offers plenty of open parking as well as a covered over-height space storage/additional parking. The home is serviced with propane and a solar power and generator system. There is cell service at the property and wifi would be possible. A security system with video and audio is currently in place and included in the offering. Strata amenities include domestic water and sewer systems. At this time foreshore amenities include a substantial breakwater. There are pilons in place for a dock, which will be part of the strata amenities. This is a very affordable opportunity for anyone that would like to get away to a rural coastal setting yet enjoy the benefits of services and amenities. There is easy access to the waterfront from all lots via a common roadway, and the development is gated at the main entrance for additional security. Forest service road access depends on current forestry activities at any given time. Viewing by appointment only, please respect community residents' privacy.

About
Originally from the greater Vancouver area, my family and I have called Vancouver Island and Nanaimo our home since the late 1990’s. While growing up in Coquitlam, I attended Port Moody Senior Secondary School and later went on to graduate from Simon Fraser University. From SFU I received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, which soon after launched in to an extensive management career in retail. Like many agents, real estate is my second career. I started my working life with Sears Canada at the age of 17, and over the span of the following 22 years held several positions of increasing responsibility throughout B.C. Prior to making my career switch to real estate, I dedicated 8 years as a Regional Manager for the Sears Dealer and Catalogue stores within the province. It was through that region wide exposure dealing with a wide network of people, that I gained a sincere appreciation for the value of building and maintaining strong client relationships. I have carried that philosophy along with me in to the real estate industry, and have adopted a set of professional standards and a business plan that fosters the achievement of goals through integrity. One’s home is a large investment, both personally and financially, and my commitment is to help people who are buying or selling make the most of their real estate opportunity. I wish you the best of success, and strive to be of any assistance that I can.
