This gem of a property boasts not 2 but 3 legal units. The home was thoughtfully renovated in 2013 and converted into two separate and self contained living units. Suite A is a two bedroom/one bath unit and Suite B is a ground level studio suite with single bath. Each unit has a separate entrance, and features neutral colours, gas fireplace and hot water on demand. The Laneway House (ADU) was skillfully built in 2019, and features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, heated floors, hot water on demand and mountain views. Located near the Village Park (with amenities including water park, kids play area and skate/bike park), the property is a short walk from the centre of town, and a short drive to the ocean, Comox Lake, Mount Washington and pedal strokes from legendary mountain biking!

About
Darren grew up in the Cowichan Valley and literally knows the Valley like the back of his hand. His local knowledge will impress you. Having moved away from the Valley for University, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, he then pursued different occupations and has worked as a tree-planter, crew boss, provincial heli-attack fire fighter and ski patroller. Darren now truly understands what a special place the Cowichan Valley is. He is extremely proud to show off this area and is excited to see his children growing up here.
