Here's a gem of a waterfront cabin, in a PRIME location where homes RARELY come up for sale. It's been lovingly steeped in one family's fun & laughter for over 50 years, & now it's ready for yours. Opposite Saysutchen Island (U can walk across at very low tide!)with amazing shoreline views, evening sun on the back deck, & views out to the Salish Sea & beyond. Walk through the large private1900 sq ft ++ lot you'll feel as though you are back in time; when neighbours gathered for Happy Hour, kids splashed on the beach, & summer lasted for ever. This cozy home with 3 beds, has a roomy kitchen, a bay window nook, where you can sit for hours just taking in the views. 1 bedroom has doors leading out onto the w/front deck; a breezeway connects to the separate bath & laundry; a woodstove will keep you toasty through winter. Get away from it all & yet still be close to Nanaimo -connect to float planes, Helijet,Hullo ferry, & BC Ferries. This truly is a little piece of Protection Island heaven!

About
Darren grew up in the Cowichan Valley and literally knows the Valley like the back of his hand. His local knowledge will impress you. Having moved away from the Valley for University, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, he then pursued different occupations and has worked as a tree-planter, crew boss, provincial heli-attack fire fighter and ski patroller. Darren now truly understands what a special place the Cowichan Valley is. He is extremely proud to show off this area and is excited to see his children growing up here.
