AMAZING LAKE AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS: This lot sits on the highest point in the development; the perfect spot to build on the lot will be yours to decide! The cherry on top of this offering is the EXCLUSIVE MOORAGE RIGHTS to a boat slip on a PRIVATE DOCK on Lake Cowichan. Located on beautiful Vancouver Island, minutes from all necessary amenities yet still oh so removed from the daily grind, this might be the building lot you have been looking for! This is a rare offering indeed: 1/3rd of an acre, backing onto a large protected park with walking trails leading to the spectacular scene that is Lake Cowichan, one of the largest freshwater lakes on Vancouver Island. The nearby recreational activities are endless: hiking, boating, fishing, swimming, water sliding, tubing, maxing & relaxing! Allowing for year-round residency, this bare land strata lot would be a great West Coast home base...why would you ever want to be anywhere else? About
My family immigrated to Lantzville in the 1880s and I was born in the Old Hospital on Machleary Street in Nanaimo in the 1960s. I grew up in Nanaimo on Departure Bay Road–right across from Rock City School. My father worked at the Biological Station and every landmark brings back memories of a lifetime lived in the same area.
Licensed as a Realtor in 1993, I have been fortunate to be selling real estate and homes in and around the central island area for more than 20 years. Google Earth is amazing, and you feel like you can know a place pretty quickly, but nothing beats having footprints in all the corners. I’ve hiked the local mountains, swam in all the lakes and driven every road. I went to school here, had my first job here, and my dad taught me to drive here. I even remember going through the old A&W (now a Speedy Muffler).
I embrace integrity as the guiding principal to every decision I make. Quite possibly the most important aspect of my relationship with you is our communication. Clear, honest, timely, and accurate communication. As we work together, our relationship will evolve and change, but it’s important that the core value of mutual respect and appreciation for each other’s point of view will always remain.
My mission is simple: to promise a lot and deliver more. How do I do that? By communicating clearly, listening to my clients’ needs, providing remarkable service to clients while keeping in mind my guiding principles, and fairly representing my clients in the attainment of their real estate goals.
To put it simply, I never forget that I am working for you. I hold integrity, strength, honour, family, perseverance, patience, knowledge and balance as key aspects of my life, and apply those values to every part of my work as a real estate agent.
