This fully updated and elegant home with Ironwood Life-time metal roof & double garage offers 5000+ sq ft of finished living space on 3 floors, with a full 4th floor waiting for development. Sprawling main floor features a new kitchen with high end cabinetry and appliances, eating nook, pantry, laundry room and access to both formal dining room & to the back covered outdoor living space which allows for endless entertaining. Living room & office/den both have new propane fireplaces, & the cozy family room has WETT-certified wood stove insert for those cold wintery nights. Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, with a bonus room (could be bedroom) over the garage. Incredible primary suite has an ensuite with skylights and heated floors, dressing room, and a new propane fireplace & balcony. The finished basement is used as an in-law suite and has room for more development such as a media room, wine cellar and workshop area. The many outbuildings include a 3-stall horse barn with tack room & storage, detached shop with over height door to accommodate an RV, chicken coop & garden shed. Zoned CR-1, there is a cleared meadow with separate gated entrance off Rennie Rd and a spring well, which would be perfect for a second dwelling. The property is fully fenced with some cross fencing, has a large ¼+ acre, 5–7-foot spring fed pond with fountain, and is stocked with 150+ koi fish, and a smaller pond. Enjoy the beautiful flower gardens, 32 nut and fruit trees, and multiple types of berry bushes and plants, and the amazing old growth trees which shelter the property. This stunning estate has it all!

About

                                             A little about me

I first set foot on Vancouver Island back in October of 1989, we came to get married and then spend another 10 days here exploring as a honeymoon, we never left... as mentioned that was back in 1989.

With over 30 years experience as a professional sales consultant, I take enormous pride in helping my clients get the best value for their dollar and as such, many past clients are now close friends.

I have taken everything I have learned as a sales consultant and use those lessons daily in my career as a REALTORĀ®.

My tagline reads  "Demand Better...there is no one who will work harder for you." more then just a tagline,  it is also my personal guarantee.

Raising both of my sons alone (I have lots of respect for single parents)  I am very proud of the young men they have become and as such am able to fulfill my passion for adventure travel. With over 15,000 km logged in Mexico, a few brief trips to south East Asia,  The Philippine Islands (I will return), and of course the USA, my trusty backpack and I have our sights firmly set on Peru, The Amazon and Galapagos Islands.

Other hobbies include Martial Arts (3rd Kyu Shotokan) Camping, Fishing, Quadding and Cooking.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to call me anytime.

Best regards,

Colin Caryk
