About
Welcome! My name is Brenda Nicolls and I am a real estate agent with Royal LePage Parksville-Qualicum Beach Realty. I am very active in the community and have been a contributing member since I taught summer swimming at the beach as a teenager. I have been a permanent resident for over 47 years in the Parksville – Qualicum Beach area where my husband, Steven Grauer, and I have raised our two children, Gabrielle and Nicollas.
Our son, Nico Grauer, is now a real estate agent and property manager with Iris Properties in Victoria, BC!
I offer sincere and knowledgeable advice when you need it. I am very fortunate to live and work in these unique seaside communities with their gorgeous West Coast scenery and very moderate climate. I know the Oceanside community and can apply this knowledge to your advantage.
Prior to starting my career in real estate, I worked as a school teacher, operated a family Bed and Breakfast, and spent many years as a local event coordinator. My community involvement has been extensive; from long-time coordinator of the Rotary/Chamber Gala Auction, former Director of the Qualicum Beach Residents Association, former Director of the Parks and Recreation Commission, one of the founding Board members of the Bard to Broadway Summer Theatre, and I am currently an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce.
In 2003, I was the office manager for the successful “Rivers Edge” subdivision in Parksville and became an expert on that particular real estate project. I later went on to successfully market both “Benson Meadows” and “The Bluffs” for MacDonald Development.
Since starting my professional Real Estate career in 2004, I have consistently been one of the top realtors in the Oceanside area. In 2014, I was ranked #1 at Coast Realty Group (Parksville/Qualicum Beach) for the 2nd year in a row, and the top producer for 2014 in all 14 Coast Realty offices on the Island.
Royal LePage Parksville Qualicum Beach & Coast Realty merged in August 2015 and and I achieved the Diamond Award, which ranked me in the top 3% of Royal LePage agents across Canada. From 2017 to 2021 I received the Red Diamond Award, ranking me in the top 2% of Royal LePage's 18,000 agents across Canada. In 2022 & 2023, I received the Executive Circle award for Top 2% of agents in BC, the Top 10 award for individual agents in BC & I ranked in the National Top 2% of all Realtors® across Canada.
I apply my passion for helping people to my real estate career. Along with my honesty, organizational skills, and determination to fulfill the task at hand, I work diligently in the best interests of my clients. Whether you are buying or selling, I will do my best to assist you with all your real estate needs.
I look forward to hearing from you…call me at 250-248-4321 or 250-752-6926 anytime.
