What a great opportunity. The tiny home is surprisingly large with a bedroom on the main level & a loft bedroom at either end. The home was built in 2017 & has a lot of thought put into the layout & design w/high vaulted ceilings, plenty of windows & high end appliances. It just feels 'right'. There is a shower inside, but you'll probably choose the outdoor tub whenever possible & with a tankless water on demand, you'll never run out of hot water.
