Pemberton Holmes real estate has been serving the communities of Greater Victoria and Vancouver Island since 1887 and is still a family owned company six generations later.

With invaluable experience working for a top Developer in downtown Victoria, Liana possesses great knowledge in residential development, strata properties and single family homes. From the early building stages to the final walk through and deficiencies, she provides seamless communication and professionalism to all parties involved.

Outside the office, Liana enjoys spending quality time with her close family and good friends. She holds a BA from the University of Victoria and has proficiency in the Italian and Spanish language.
