My original career path was retail and business management however my passion for real estate and property management has resulted in a shift for me personally over the past few years. From an educational standpoint I have a degree in business management and have over twelve years of experiences in sales and Senior Retail Management. My brother Ricky also has gained experience through a similar path in business management and sales. We have operated very successful businesses and achieved several awards over the years such as top store in the country. I was also fortunate enough to be awarded a Business and community involvement achievement award called the top 20 under 40 in 2015. This was achieved by not only having strong business performance in sales but also being involved in the community and giving back to the residents of Vancouver Island. Through these previous roles we also received extensive training in sales, buying psychology, and particular the sales and negotiation process. More importantly we have learned how to work with people and earn their loyalty through building trust and long lasting relationships.
We are confident in our abilities since we can leverage personal skills and work experience as well as personal investment property transactions and property management that we have been involved in over the last decade.
