Hard to find ocean view home with suite in Hammond Bay in this price range. Upstairs is vacant and includes three bedrooms plus den. Wood floors with gas fireplace in the living room/dining room to enjoy the ocean views. Three bedrooms the primary has a 4 piece ensuite. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances leads to a good size deck and fenced yard. Lower level has a tenant occupied two bed suite with it's own laundry. Great location for families just three blocks to the soon to be re opening Rutherford Elementary(fall 2025). Right on a city bus route for added convenience. Close to oceanfront access to enjoy summer days on the water. This would work for an investor to set market rent upstairs or a family moving up from a condo who need the income from the suite.
