It's rare to find larger acres for sale on Gabriola and at 10.97, you've got room to stretch out. There are several older logging roads giving you access to the total property and the lot lines and corners are well marked. Wells in the area are good with the well on lot B measured at 5 gallons per minute - you should expect to get similar results on this property. If you're looking for some room, put this one on your list. For convenience and cost savings to the end user, the driveways to lots C,D & E have been turned into 1 driveway with an agreement that the maintenance is shared between the 3 owners. Contact your Realtor or us for an information package and to walk the property.
