15+ acres on Gabriola Island. Large acreages like this don't come onto the market often and this one is tucked away between a few other large properties. This is the largest remaining property in this subdivision. There are open grassy areas, some original older forests and an assortment of 20-30 yr old forest. All kinds of options with a property of this size. There is a slight slope to the property so you could make part of it pasture and there are numerous spots to put in your dream home. For convenience and cost savings to the end user, the driveways to lots C,D & E have been turned into 1 driveway with an agreement that the maintenance is shared between the 3 owners. This lot is at the end of the line so nobody will be driving on or next to your property. Contact your Realtor or us for an information package and to walk the property.

About
My family immigrated to Lantzville in the 1880s and I was born in the Old Hospital on Machleary Street in Nanaimo in the 1960s. I grew up in Nanaimo on Departure Bay Road–right across from Rock City School. My father worked at the Biological Station and every landmark brings back memories of a lifetime lived in the same area.
Licensed as a Realtor in 1993, I have been fortunate to be selling real estate and homes in and around the central island area for more than 20 years. Google Earth is amazing, and you feel like you can know a place pretty quickly, but nothing beats having footprints in all the corners. I’ve hiked the local mountains, swam in all the lakes and driven every road. I went to school here, had my first job here, and my dad taught me to drive here. I even remember going through the old A&W (now a Speedy Muffler).
I embrace integrity as the guiding principal to every decision I make. Quite possibly the most important aspect of my relationship with you is our communication. Clear, honest, timely, and accurate communication. As we work together, our relationship will evolve and change, but it’s important that the core value of mutual respect and appreciation for each other’s point of view will always remain.
My mission is simple: to promise a lot and deliver more. How do I do that? By communicating clearly, listening to my clients’ needs, providing remarkable service to clients while keeping in mind my guiding principles, and fairly representing my clients in the attainment of their real estate goals.
To put it simply, I never forget that I am working for you. I hold integrity, strength, honour, family, perseverance, patience, knowledge and balance as key aspects of my life, and apply those values to every part of my work as a real estate agent.
