This remarkable 1.25-acre property displays arguably the most breathtaking view on Vancouver Island that needs to be seen in person to appreciate. In a single panoramic frame, it offers a 180-degree outlook of the City of Victoria, Mt. Baker, Pedder Bay Marina, Race Rocks Lighthouse, Port Angeles, and the Washington Mountain Range. The 4,200 sq/ft floor plan has excellent suite potential with a two-level design including 5-6 beds + den, 3 baths, a double-car garage, 3,100 sq/ft of finished & 1,000 sq/ft of mostly finished living space. The unfinished lower was used as an art studio and shares the same layout & amazing views as the floor above; it needs only flooring & wall finishes to increase sq/ft! New flooring/paint, in-floor heating, a wood burning fireplace, central vac, open concept spaces with vaulted ceilings, a hot tub & 1,500+ sq/ft of south-facing deck & patio space, a dedicated laundry room and separate den/flex spaces, and more.

About
Darren grew up in the Cowichan Valley and literally knows the Valley like the back of his hand. His local knowledge will impress you. Having moved away from the Valley for University, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, he then pursued different occupations and has worked as a tree-planter, crew boss, provincial heli-attack fire fighter and ski patroller. Darren now truly understands what a special place the Cowichan Valley is. He is extremely proud to show off this area and is excited to see his children growing up here.
