Work, Live, and Play in Cameron Heights! The main level is the heart of the home, which features the kitchen and a cheerful living/dining room, with a focal natural gas fireplace and ample sun-soaked light from six large windows. On the upper level you'll find the primary bedroom with cheater door to a 4 piece bathroom, and two additional bedrooms. The lower level boasts an additional bedroom, 3 piece bathroom/laundry room. A large living room on this level is currently being used for a home hairdressing business, with a cozy woodstove and enjoying an adjoining sunroom with outdoor access. The home enjoys a large private backyard and an attached double garage. Plenty of pears are produced from the pear tree each season. Put your feet up, and watch the mist lift each morning out of the inlet. Check out the professional photos, and virtual tour, then call to arrange your private viewing.

ABOUT ME:
Carol Riera PREC* - REALTOR®, B.ED., M. of Applied Linguistics
Born and raised in Vancouver, Carol has lived in three provinces, travelled extensively and is fluent in both French and English. Carol worked in Education for more than 20 years, teaching every grade from preschool to the college level. She is known for her involvement in community activities, her attention to detail and her customer service skills.
Always looking for new challenges, Carol embarked on a Master's of Linguistics with the University of Nottingham in 2011. When deciding to return to beautiful, BC, Qualicum Beach was an easy choice for Carol and her husband, Bruno Sterckeman, as it was a return to family and a milder climate. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
Throughout her varied career, Carol has always enjoyed serving others, organizing many cultural and humanitarian trips as a teacher and is now happy to support the Children's Miracle Network as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Her greatest asset is her outgoing and warm personality which helps her develop long-term relationships with others. Carol allows you to have trust and confidence in experienced representation!
