This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a den and a detached garden studio is in the heart of Parksville. As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious living area that transitions into the dining space and kitchen. Adjacent to the main living area, you'll find a large laundry room and mudroom. The den is a versatile space perfect for an office or second living room. It has easy access to the backyard. Down the hallway, there is a 4-piece bathroom, alongside two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a fully updated 3-piece ensuite. Laminate flooring spans throughout, offering both durability and style. This home has had numerous updates over the years, including the appliances, a fully updated laundry room, vinyl windows, light fixtures, paint throughout, door hardware, and baseboard heaters. There is a fully finished studio which would work great as a flex area and is complete with heat and power. (measurements and data approximate and should be verified if important.)

ABOUT ME:
Carol Riera PREC* - REALTOR®, B.ED., M. of Applied Linguistics
Born and raised in Vancouver, Carol has lived in three provinces, travelled extensively and is fluent in both French and English. Carol worked in Education for more than 20 years, teaching every grade from preschool to the college level. She is known for her involvement in community activities, her attention to detail and her customer service skills.
Always looking for new challenges, Carol embarked on a Master's of Linguistics with the University of Nottingham in 2011. When deciding to return to beautiful, BC, Qualicum Beach was an easy choice for Carol and her husband, Bruno Sterckeman, as it was a return to family and a milder climate. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
Throughout her varied career, Carol has always enjoyed serving others, organizing many cultural and humanitarian trips as a teacher and is now happy to support the Children's Miracle Network as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Her greatest asset is her outgoing and warm personality which helps her develop long-term relationships with others. Carol allows you to have trust and confidence in experienced representation!
