A solid 3 bedroom home on a quiet road in the Whalebone area with beach access directly across the street. If you are looking for a sunny property with tons of water (great for gardening) and a nice level lot, put this one on your list. The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a laundry room that would also work as a 2nd bathroom. The living room with vaulted ceilings is on the main and there is a family room and 3rd bedroom upstairs. On the South side of the home there is an addition that has been used as a greenhouse, a workshop and recently as a studio. In the back corner tucked into the fruit trees is a detached 10x10 studio space (Power via an extension cord). The well is strong at 9 gpm and the septic is working as designed (new pump in 2020). The roof is 8 yrs old. A great home that could use a few updates but priced accordingly. Very private with a buffer of trees at the front and an acreage behind it. All measurements are approximate.

About
My family immigrated to Lantzville in the 1880s and I was born in the Old Hospital on Machleary Street in Nanaimo in the 1960s. I grew up in Nanaimo on Departure Bay Road–right across from Rock City School. My father worked at the Biological Station and every landmark brings back memories of a lifetime lived in the same area.
Licensed as a Realtor in 1993, I have been fortunate to be selling real estate and homes in and around the central island area for more than 20 years. Google Earth is amazing, and you feel like you can know a place pretty quickly, but nothing beats having footprints in all the corners. I’ve hiked the local mountains, swam in all the lakes and driven every road. I went to school here, had my first job here, and my dad taught me to drive here. I even remember going through the old A&W (now a Speedy Muffler).
I embrace integrity as the guiding principal to every decision I make. Quite possibly the most important aspect of my relationship with you is our communication. Clear, honest, timely, and accurate communication. As we work together, our relationship will evolve and change, but it’s important that the core value of mutual respect and appreciation for each other’s point of view will always remain.
My mission is simple: to promise a lot and deliver more. How do I do that? By communicating clearly, listening to my clients’ needs, providing remarkable service to clients while keeping in mind my guiding principles, and fairly representing my clients in the attainment of their real estate goals.
To put it simply, I never forget that I am working for you. I hold integrity, strength, honour, family, perseverance, patience, knowledge and balance as key aspects of my life, and apply those values to every part of my work as a real estate agent.
