Nestle yourself in the trees overlooking the beautiful little settlement of Lake Cowichan. Witness the lazy heritage Cowichan River as it meanders it way through the heart of the town. This lot is a good size for a home and outbuildings and should be easy to create maximum privacy. Wonderful sunrises stretch down the Cowichan Valley to greet you in the morning. It never gets old! Two blocks from ‘the Duck Pond’, a local beach where many have learned to swim, and three blocks from the public boat launch, which allows you access to all the wonderful things Lake Cowichan has to offer. The town is conveniently located 20 min from most of the big box stores in Duncan, 45 min to world class fishing in Port Renfrew and just over an hour to Victoria. Just far enough off the beaten track to give you that peaceful feeling of coming home.

About
My family immigrated to Lantzville in the 1880s and I was born in the Old Hospital on Machleary Street in Nanaimo in the 1960s. I grew up in Nanaimo on Departure Bay Road–right across from Rock City School. My father worked at the Biological Station and every landmark brings back memories of a lifetime lived in the same area.
Licensed as a Realtor in 1993, I have been fortunate to be selling real estate and homes in and around the central island area for more than 20 years. Google Earth is amazing, and you feel like you can know a place pretty quickly, but nothing beats having footprints in all the corners. I’ve hiked the local mountains, swam in all the lakes and driven every road. I went to school here, had my first job here, and my dad taught me to drive here. I even remember going through the old A&W (now a Speedy Muffler).
I embrace integrity as the guiding principal to every decision I make. Quite possibly the most important aspect of my relationship with you is our communication. Clear, honest, timely, and accurate communication. As we work together, our relationship will evolve and change, but it’s important that the core value of mutual respect and appreciation for each other’s point of view will always remain.
My mission is simple: to promise a lot and deliver more. How do I do that? By communicating clearly, listening to my clients’ needs, providing remarkable service to clients while keeping in mind my guiding principles, and fairly representing my clients in the attainment of their real estate goals.
To put it simply, I never forget that I am working for you. I hold integrity, strength, honour, family, perseverance, patience, knowledge and balance as key aspects of my life, and apply those values to every part of my work as a real estate agent.
