You'll feel the stress melt away as you enter this beautiful oasis on Gabriola Island. The 2 West Coast style homes are well placed on the property giving each privacy & the property has a buffer of trees along both roads. The main home has custom edge grain Fir cabinets with stone countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom, heated tile floors, 2 bedrooms and an open bright living area with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. The cottage is fully self contained with full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, heated tile floors, large loft and separate hydro meter. Between the 2 homes is a lovely separate storage shed (13' x 8’) with loft, that is insulated, wired and fully finished with custom cabinets. Across the parking is a robust wood shed. The fully fenced lot is mostly level and then slopes up at the back which gives you separate RV parking. Deep well and a very neat water system with 10,000 gal cisterns keeps the water flowing all year. Floor plans and video avail online.

About
My family immigrated to Lantzville in the 1880s and I was born in the Old Hospital on Machleary Street in Nanaimo in the 1960s. I grew up in Nanaimo on Departure Bay Road–right across from Rock City School. My father worked at the Biological Station and every landmark brings back memories of a lifetime lived in the same area.
Licensed as a Realtor in 1993, I have been fortunate to be selling real estate and homes in and around the central island area for more than 20 years. Google Earth is amazing, and you feel like you can know a place pretty quickly, but nothing beats having footprints in all the corners. I’ve hiked the local mountains, swam in all the lakes and driven every road. I went to school here, had my first job here, and my dad taught me to drive here. I even remember going through the old A&W (now a Speedy Muffler).
I embrace integrity as the guiding principal to every decision I make. Quite possibly the most important aspect of my relationship with you is our communication. Clear, honest, timely, and accurate communication. As we work together, our relationship will evolve and change, but it’s important that the core value of mutual respect and appreciation for each other’s point of view will always remain.
My mission is simple: to promise a lot and deliver more. How do I do that? By communicating clearly, listening to my clients’ needs, providing remarkable service to clients while keeping in mind my guiding principles, and fairly representing my clients in the attainment of their real estate goals.
To put it simply, I never forget that I am working for you. I hold integrity, strength, honour, family, perseverance, patience, knowledge and balance as key aspects of my life, and apply those values to every part of my work as a real estate agent.
