View lot in an established, attractive Port Alberni subdivision and an opportunity to purchase a single family building lot in one of the Alberni Valleys most desirable neighbourhoods! Here is an affordable opportunity to purchase in one of Port Alberni's most sought after neighbourhoods, Redford Heights. This newly subdivided single family (R3) lot has a sunset view to the west over the Alberni inlet and to the mountains beyond. Situated in a developed area with lovely homes and green space, you'll enjoy the proximity to amenities, schools, parks and shopping. The location is convenient and the community is friendly, with great access to bike paths and trails nearby. It is a good time to select house plans, arrange permits and contractor for a construction start in Spring2024. There is a good selection of smaller footprint rancher and two story house plans with a walkout basement that make the most of the building envelope

ABOUT ME:
Carol Riera PREC* - REALTOR®, B.ED., M. of Applied Linguistics
Born and raised in Vancouver, Carol has lived in three provinces, travelled extensively and is fluent in both French and English. Carol worked in Education for more than 20 years, teaching every grade from preschool to the college level. She is known for her involvement in community activities, her attention to detail and her customer service skills.
Always looking for new challenges, Carol embarked on a Master's of Linguistics with the University of Nottingham in 2011. When deciding to return to beautiful, BC, Qualicum Beach was an easy choice for Carol and her husband, Bruno Sterckeman, as it was a return to family and a milder climate. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
Throughout her varied career, Carol has always enjoyed serving others, organizing many cultural and humanitarian trips as a teacher and is now happy to support the Children's Miracle Network as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Her greatest asset is her outgoing and warm personality which helps her develop long-term relationships with others. Carol allows you to have trust and confidence in experienced representation!
