Beautiful acreage and subdivision potential! Looking for a peace of land for all your outdoor needs? Looking for a building lot or 2? look no further this 4.76 acre parcel is cross fenced and surrounded by trees to let you decide how to use the land to your liking. Build a detached shop or subdivide and build another house. On the property sits a well built 4 bedroom 1 bathroom rancher that needs updating but would be a great family home.
