This rustic off the grid cabin is perched on top of a mossy rock bluff overlooking the Georgia Strait. On a clear day you will be able to see majestic Mt Baker framed in the dining room window. This 10 acre property is located on the southern tip of Lasqueti Island, it is a short walk to Squitty Bay provincial park and marina. From the marina, you can launch your boat and explore the string of islands and marine parks that are a short paddle away. The southern facing acreage is a great space to grow a garden or have a small farm. The current zoning allows one house and a guest cabin up to 600 SqFt. You could build an additional accommodation and rent it out for income. There is lots of good timber located on the property for firewood or for milling lumber. A small pond and shallow well is located on the property. The bus at the bottom of driveway contains enough material to finish the interior of the cabin, the property is a blank canvas waiting for you to create your own paradise.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Carol has lived in three provinces, travelled extensively and is fluent in both French and English. In order to make the move, and encouraged by her sister, Carol enrolled in the Sauder School of Business at UBC to study Real Estate Trading Services.
Throughout her varied career, Carol has always enjoyed serving others, organizing many cultural and humanitarian trips as a teacher and is now happy to support the Children's Miracle Network as a REALTOR® at RE/MAX Anchor Realty. Her greatest asset is her outgoing and warm personality which helps her develop long-term relationships with others. Carol allows you to have trust and confidence in experienced representation!
