Lush Valley, Oceanview Mountain Top, Climbing Vineyard, Meandering Creek. Fulfill your dreams to live off grid and be totally self sufficient on this breathtaking farm that is already all set up for you on this unique island in the Salish Sea. This 30 acre biodynamic farm encompasses a developing vineyard, woodlot, market gardens, multiple berry and fruit harvests, paddocks, a suite and a barn making this the ultimate homestead. Large ponds give way to a creek which winds through the pastures and leads to a micro-hydro damn. Farmhouse has been built using timber felled and milled onsite and is built into the North-facing bank with a large pantry and food prep area while the front of the home faces south offering passive solar heating. Shut down all of the power when you go to bed and the fridge stays cold using a 9 volt battery. Stock the boiler to heat the water which runs throughout the walls and ceiling to keep you cozy and warm. LUB zoning allows for home and cabin per 10 acres. +GST

About

I have called Qualicum Beach home for 34 years, even after living in Europe, Africa, England and Australia, and am now raising my two daughters here as well!  After travelling, I really came to appreciate the beauty, safety and community that Oceanside has to offer.
I am actively involved in making our community a better place and can often be found contributing to Town Council Meetings, on local boards and steering committees and at my other job- Managing the Qualicum Beach Farmers Market.  I love the way that the Farmers Market brings people together, creates healthy, happy, sustainable lives and brings us back to an older world where we check in on one and other every weekend.
It was my Mom who gave me my love of Real Estate.  From a very young age, I can remember driving through Parksville and Qualicum neighbourhoods with my parents “looky lou-ing” at local houses for sale.  And then, later in life, Mom and I would watch the local sales and wait to see the renovations and new builds!
I know how important it is to have a home that really reflects your life and brings out the best in you.
I look forward to helping you find this with integrity, loyalty and local expertise.
